In a groundbreaking step towards youth empowerment, the Ehsaas Naujawan Programme has achieved another milestone with the disbursement of the first tranche of PKR 100 million in loans among 725 beneficiaries across Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The ceremony, held today on 14th January 2025 in CM House Jirga Hall at 3:00 PM and was graced by Chief Minister Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Mr. Ali Amin Khan Gandapur and Minister for Sports and Youth Affairs Mr. Fakhar Jahan Bacha, who personally handed over cheques to young entrepreneurs. Chief Minister Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Mr. Ali Amin Khan Gandapur added that the Government don’t have job placement and Ehsaas Nojawan Program is my only dream that will not only provide businesses to the youth and young entreprenurers but employments opportunities to the youth in Khyber Pakhtnkunkhwa as well .

Empowering Dreams, One Loan at a Time

The Akhuwat Loan Scheme emphasized the government’s vision of empowering youth through self-reliance by providing interest-free loans. The recipients, most of whom are first-time entrepreneurs, were all praise for this life-changing opportunity

Muhammad Usman, a young recipient from Swat, said, “I am really excited about this loan.
“This loan has enabled me to start my small manufacturing business. I can now support my family and provide employment to others in my community.”

At the ceremony, the Chief Minister emphasized how innovative schemes like this should be supporting young people.
“Our government is committed to empowering the youth of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Through Ehsaas Naujawan Programme, we aim to create entrepreneurs who shall contribute to economic development in this province,” Minister Mr. Ali Amin Khan Gandapur maintained.
Minister Fakhar Jahan Bacha also appreciated the initiative:
“This is not just an aid program. It is an investment in believing in our young people and in arming them with the weapons of success. Every cheque that goes out today represents a move towards a bright future for some of these youths.”
