Ehsaas Naujawan Programme 2024- Interest Free Loans

The KP Government is launching their grand funding programmes under the name of ‘Ehsaas Naujawan Programme’. This programme aims at enabling youth in the province by allowing them the funding.

This loan will be provided on an interest-free basis to encourage youth for entrepreneurship and socio-economic development. The  government has allocated PKR 3000 million for the program to empower youth (aged 18-35 years) to have access to digital training and resources. Officials say the programme will particularly benefit youth in underdeveloped districts.

The initiative is taken through the Sports & Youth Affairs Department, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa in collaboration with technical and vocational training institutes chosen all across the province. 

KP Chief Minister Ali Amin Khan Gandapur has a greater vision of equipping the youth with quality education, technical and vocational training so that the youth of KP province can compete with the world. He said that the Ehsaas Naujawan programme is part of the government’s broader youth empowerment agenda. “We are committed to equipping our young people with the right skills and resources to become productive members of society,” he stated.

The primary objective for the establishment of this programme is to empower youth so that they can actively participate in the economy to boost thus, helping the province to develop.

This initiative is also taken for a greater cause to provide equal opportunities to marginalized groups such as minorities, women, and the disabled.
