Federal Government Jobs: FPSC and the National Jobs Portal
Most federal government jobs are advertised in two places: the Federal Public Service Commission (FPSC) for officer-level posts and the CSS exam, and the National Jobs Portal (njp.gov.pk), run by the National IT Board, for vacancies across federal ministries and departments.

Applying through FPSC
FPSC publishes consolidated advertisements several times a year, each covering many posts across ministries. Each post has a case number with its own qualification, experience and age limit. You apply online, pay the fee, and are shortlisted through a test, followed by an interview. FPSC also conducts the CSS competitive examination for the federal civil services.
